Short description

New log cottage with all the amenities was built in 2008. Excellent place for a family holiday. Balconies of the first and second floors were glazed in autumn 2010. (Not visible in the photos.)

This cottage is suitable for year-round use. The whole cottage's floor can be heated by electic heating. Southern, sunny, sandy, gently sloping coast. The lake is Summasjärvi. The thresholds are situated near the cottage. There are a lot of fish in the thresholds. There are two life jackets for adults and a rowing boat. You can rent a boat for fishing - 40 € / day + gasoline. The lease term at least two days.
Pets not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the cottage.

Additional information

High season (June, July and August) - 795 € per week, the rest - 495 € per week. Winter weeks (45-18 weeks), with the exception of Christmas, New Year, Easter and Epiphany - 495 € per week.
If you book two weeks, you are given a 15% discount on the second week.
